Most people assume that if the roof is leaking, there must be a hole in the roof. This is not necessarily true, however. If your gutter system is not working properly, this can cause water to buildup and get underneath the roof. So, there might not be any visible damage to the roof, but the drip, drip, drip of water or the water stain on the ceiling proves otherwise.
Have your gutters seen better days? Are they starting to pull away from the sides of your home? Has the sun discolored them so your once dark brown gutters look a pale tan? Do they tilt or are they sagging in the middle? Do you see rust or corrosion on your gutters? Are there holes in your gutters? Are they leaking or pulling away from the drain spout? Then you, may be in need for some gutter repair.
